CSV Customer Upload Format
To import your customers, prepare a standard CSV file with headers: "name", "email", "phone", "service_date", and "customer_id". You can upload up to 10MB per batch and preview columns before confirming.

Automated Campaign Delivery Rules
When you schedule a campaign, ReviewReap waits for the specified delay hours after the customer service/checkout date before queuing messages. Messages can be sent over WhatsApp, Email (Resend), or both simultaneously.
